The rattan furniture and peranakan-style ceiling fan are the Northam décor. The lobby is very nice and the staff is courteous and helpful. Rooms are very spacious and clean with free and good Wi-Fi. The Spa treatment is reasonably priced. The rates included breakfast. There is a wide selection of Western-style and Malaysian-style food. There is parking, however there is no lift to the car park, so a tip is to unload luggage before parking.
