Rabbit Teeth Gourmet is run by the Ung Family. The founder, Mr. Ung Chirtmin used to be a photographer, lecturer and businessman before started Rabbit Teeth Gourmet 5 years ago. He is passionate in food and inspired by his grandfather in cooking. As a self-taught cook, he developed his recipe with research, trial and error. That is the reason why you will find very unique taste in the dishes served here.
Chirtmin was the one handling all the preparation in the kitchen. Sometimes, his mother will be his helper and his father be the person preparing the beverage.
Rabbit artwork is easy to find in Rabbit Teeth Gourmet. Chirtmin has an artist good friend who suggested “rabbit” as the theme of the restaurant because this animal is picky when it comes to food. This is the attitude he adopts when he treats his picky customers. The brand logo was designed by this friend too.
This is a home feel dining place where the eaters can interact with the Ung Family.
The texture of pumpkin made this the perfect homemade creamy soup. The sweetness of pumpkin and carrot was mixed well. It came with a piece of sourdough, which you can choose the original or garlic flavour. The garlic sourdough tasted a bit spicy when dipped in soup.
The apple and onion sauce was nice. It was sweet with a little bit of fruity sour taste. The highlight of the dish was the crispy roasted pork and the deep fried pork skin.
The mint sauce was homemade with Chirtmin’s secret recipe. It had slightly stronger taste compare with mint sauce available off the shelf. The sauce stimulates tongue.
Coffee freshly brewed by Chirtmin’s father using self-blended coffee bean.
Chirtmin also offers speciality bakery during special occasion. Special menu will be available when he gets the inspiration to create the recipe.
