Kashmir might specialize in Tandoori but it would be an error to think that that is all they have to offer. The Vindaloo is vibrant, vivid red, tender and full flavored, the prawn masala beautifully textured, super fresh with micro herbs and spices, the dhal more-ish and the bread, particularly the stuffed paratha and the onion naan light and full of flavor. Mohan is an excellent host whose recommendations are always appreciated and match preferences.
