The Dharmikarama Burmese Temple was founded in 1803. Its grounds are huge; there are well maintained gardens with all sorts of interesting statues and an aquarium where you can feed the fish. There are several separate temple buildings housing different statues of the Buddha, all very beautifully done. There are several shops where you can buy artifacts and souvenirs, wooden carvings of elephants etc., and there are many stations for purchasing all sorts of offerings.
