Fort Cornwallis’s old and poor maintenance will instantly teleport you in the late 1700s, when this today’s historical site was built by British East India Company. It is named after 1st Marques Cornwallis, Charles Cornwallis. Now it consists of a tourist information kiosk, a cafe, an open-air amphitheatre, a history gallery and a souvenir centre.
