You will be interested as char kueh tiaw is cooked using charcoal. The Char Kway Teow is delicious; the taste is good, and complete with a large prawn on the top. The Char Kueh Tiaw tastes good, and three big prawns are served. The large plump prawns had perfect taste, the noodles are cooked to perfection and the whole dish just works. The price is not cheap; give it a try as it tastes good.
