The guy running this street Hawker stall has been in the same location for over 10 years. Only makes one thing and it is best described as “Pork Noodle Soup thing”. He is an artist and fabulous just to watch him. He is polite to the customer and he will introduce the delicious food to you. There is a variety of foods with a real local taste, not many tourists eating there; cheap and fast.
