This restaurant is on a side street opposite the Golden Sands. This is one of Batu Fenrangi’s best kept secrets. Golden River is an open air restaurant that serves some of the best Chinese cuisine ever; all freshly cooked and excellent value. Quick service and cheap tasty food are present. Golden is one of only a few places in Penang that serves pork. Beers and juices are cold and cheap. Just go and try it!
