This is a high class budget hotel of the 80’s. Not that bad, but very basic and not swinging towards the Western style. It is cheap, with great service and a very good breakfast. The Summit Hotel is connected to a mall, which is convenient and a great way to pass time. They provide daily newspapers, and they also have a shaving kit together with the bathroom kit. The old style TVs has limited channels.
